Forms and instructions are available on the PVP web site.
- Form SD470: Here is a typable version with WSU fields pre-entered. In the case of WSU varieties, the Washington State University Research Foundation is the applicantplease use their name and address (see above) when completing the forms. Incorporation date is July 7, 1939. Answer 'NO' to question 20; WSU wishes to keep its options open regarding sale of seed.
- Exhibit C: Forms are online, except for: Exhibit C for Dry Edible Bean,; here is Exhibit C for Wheat in typable pdf fomat .
- Exhibit D: Please note 'crop specific requirements for wheat', as stated here: http://www.ams.usda.gov/science/PVPO/apply.htm
- Exhibit E: Here is a typable version with WSU fields pre-entered. Please state that WSU has assigned it's interest to WSURF, along with breeder info.
- Don't forget to include a sample of at least 3,000 untreated viable seeds capable of propagating the application variety, for a tuber propagated variety a verification that a viable cell culture will be deposited.
- Completed applications (by State breeders) should be submitted to Debbie Marsh in the Crop & Soil Sciences Extension Office, who is responsible for routing them to the WSU Research Foundation via ARC.
