PULLMAN WINTER BARLEY – 2005 WSU VARIETY TESTING DATA

2005 Winter Barley YIELD DATA from the WSU Variety Testing nursery at the Pullman location (Spillman Agronomy Farm) averaged 6197 lbs/ac and exceeded the 2004 average (5632 lbs/ac) by 10%.
Three varieties/experimental lines showed no lodging (Kold, Sunstar Pride and WA1614-95).
Yield ranking in the nursery of the of varieties varied more compared to historical average rankings than was observed at the Anatone location.
